Event Description

The 2021 Kentucky Association for Environmental Education Annual Conference will be held online this year, allowing for expanded creativity, recorded sessions (so you can attend ALL of them instead of being forced to choose between offerings), in-person outdoor regional meet-ups, and a tremendous amount of EE information and fun!
There are countless perks to the new format: recorded sessions that can be watched anytime; opportunities to participate in engaging virtual sessions; reduced registration costs; regional in-person meet-ups; a virtual happy hour; networking opportunities; and more.

This year's theme is "Advancing Environmental Literacy: Adapting with the Next Generation of Learners." Conference strands for 2021 include:
Equity & Inclusion - advancing justice, equity, diversity and inclusion; influencing attitudes; equal access to nature and EE; healthy environments and healthy communities for all.
eLearning - technology-based learning, hybrid/virtual learning, technology in and out of the classroom, etc.
EE in Practice - EE curriculum programs, K-12 education, adult and family education, STEM, green and healthy schools, new and innovative projects and/or programs, etc.
See the Conference Highlights for more details on pre-conference events, speakers, and sessions.
