KAS is co-sponsoring the Kentucky Section of American Institute of Professional Geologists (KY-AIPG) 's 2025 Charles Darwin Lecture, scheduled for 7:00 pm Thursday, February 20, 2025 at the Mines and Mineral Resources Building (MMRB) on the University of Kentucky campus. This year's guest lecturer is Dr. Loren Babcock, Professor, Ohio State University.
The lecture is free to all students and the public at large.
