Event Description
Join the Kentucky Organization of Field Stations and the Kentucky Society for Natural History for our annual conference, co-hosted by Northern Kentucky University and Thomas More University, on March 28 & 29th. We have an exciting day of tours and hikes, field station talks, student research posters, and natural history workshops. We’ll end the day with dinner and a screening of the documentary, This is The Ohio: Life Death Rebirth of the Beautiful River, and host a Q&A with the film's writer and producer Morgan Atkinson. See attached meeting flyer for agenda and keynote flyer for more information.

Field Station directors/managers:
Please plan to present a lightning talk with slides about your field station (3 min each). Slide presentations need to be submitted to Molly Williams (williamsm@thomasmore.edu) by March 24th. We plan to have a tv monitor on throughout the day that will rotate through the title slide from each station’s presentation. With this in mind, include a QR code linked to your field station website (if you have one).
For KOFS members, we will have our usual Friday afternoon and evening meeting prior. This information is not part of registration, so please email Molly Williams (williamsm@thomasmore.edu), Thomas More Field Station Manager if you plan to attend on Friday.
