Kentucky Academy of Science

The Kentucky Academy of Science is now accepting applications for our 2026 Summer STEM Camp Scholarship Program! Summer camp costs are out of reach for some students and families, and KAS is hoping to close the gap so that the summer STEM camp of choice can be accessible to more young scientists. KAS Summer STEM Camp scholarships are open to elementary, middle, and high school students who have an interest and potential in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Our scholarships provide a unique opportunity for youth to immerse themselves in hands-on STEM camps throughout the summer, fostering their curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Scholarships can be applied to any STEM-themed camps listed in this Directory. Applicants may also apply for funds for another camp not listed here. Participants are responsible for registering for their camp, and are responsible for transportation.
